In spring the cherry blossoms bloom
Invading the sky like little pink samurais
Battles lost, tears shed, broken the little warriors
Blanket the earth in a million little pieces
In summer the cherries ripen
Red like pomegranates
the juice stains my cheeks
like sweet sweet rouge
I think that your kisses must taste like sweet sweet cherries
I wish to devour your ripe cherry lips
In autumn the cherries fall
From the heavens
Like little red angels
Melt in my mouth
Like fragile little snowflakes
In winter the trees die
Stark and naked
Striking, the scars are vulnerable
Shattering hopes like little white eggshells
I am reborn
