Sweetest lie of love

Contributed by KarlaMarie on Wednesday, 24th May 2006 @ 06:16:58 AM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

This world of poison
Man
Beast
No place for the innocent
Stolen
Abused
Used
The sweetest lie of love
You own nothing
He owns you
Follow blindly because he said so
Run into the wall
No escape
There is no door
Believe him when he says
My sweetest love
Believe it when he says
My only love
Lies are his second breath
Without them he will die
You must die
Needing
Feeding
The sweetest lie of love
Who can spare you
No one will try
Your love is pure
You were innocent
Are you still
Tie a ribbon in your hair
Paint your lip red
No longer daddies little girl
You belong to the sweetest lie of love
Dance
Dance and forget
Don't remember until the next day
You bruise
What is this love
Black
Blue
Brown
His marks of love
A soft lover
A lovers kiss
Never felt by your skin
His love
His lust
Is all wrong
Deny the truth
Fall into the lie
Sweetest love
Sweetest lie
When you die no tears will fall
I will remember
Mother
I will not forget
When you die no tears will fall
But mine

Karla Marie
