Who Is There?

Contributed by lonely_boy on Wednesday, 24th May 2006 @ 12:47:58 AM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

who is there when i am down
when i'm so sad i don't make a sound
who is there when i hate my life
when i'm bleeding because of this knife
who is there when i'm alone
when i'm waiting hopelessly by this phone
who is there to guide me
when i turn to drugs to be set free
who is there to hold me close
when this pain i feel no one else knows
who is there to listen
when i'm overwhelmed with depression
who the hell is there for me
when all i can do is bleed

from what i've experienced
it's not who is there, but what is there
there only thing that is always there
is the knife that takes away my cares
