Punch, Kick
Get low don’t drop your hands
Work on your vertical jump
Testing is coming work on you knowledge
Partner up
This is only self-defense not for you to start the fight
What is the point if all we are learning is for fight
Raise your leg up when you kick
When you jump put your hands up
When you punch close your hands
Everything is based on your knowledge
Curl up in a ball when you jump.
I don’t do well when I jump
We have a lot of fun when we fight
Many of us have a hard time with the knowledge
Now we are going to learn a new kick
I like to fight with my hands
Remember to keep your hands up
Keep your head up
I need to get higher when I jump
To jump higher use your hands
Don’t try to run away when you fight
With your new belt we will show our new kick
Don’t forget about that written test of knowledge
Your belt holds you knowledge
Remember to look up
Make your baled when you kick
When you a being swept jump
This is not all for the fight
You need to block with your hands
Tighten your hands
This is how you get your knowledge
We learn for more than just to fight
Keep your eyes on your target and your hands up
Most of us hate to jump
But we love to kick
Remember to push up
With your feet to jump
And to kick

I liked it. In high school I was a martial arts junkie, too. Just remember to keep an open mind. It helps you to separate good training from b.s. |
