Im Sorry, I Messed Up

I'm sorry, for being who I am.
The guy with false pretences, the king of a nearly happy sham.
I'm sorry, I though I was good enough.
But you saw, called and raised my bluff.
What was I thinking? A joker like me.
Intoxicated breath, gives impression of being care free.
A Naïve Knave, Chasing Ace.
But this was my foolish and pathetic mistake.
Falling for the Queen with all my heart.
I saw her in the Club and I couldn’t stop myself,
I came out straight, told her I loved her,
All in, winner takes all, everything I have.
My pride and dignity,
but most importantly the only girl I care about.
