A year has come and gone
And your love is ever so strong
It has spread so far and wide
Touching lots of lives
The hidden beauty that you shared
Has blossomed in others unaware
Flying higher than we will ever go
Your heavenly spirit touches us below
A love so true a bond so strong
It keeps us connected while you are gone

It surely a heartwarming poem, losing a dear friend is indeed a very painful experience which words can never express yet you have conveyed it beautifully in this poem.
