I'm proud of you-
You're like my hero
And I know I that I couldn't make it without you.
I wouldn't be where I am today-if it wasn't for you.
That's what makes me hate you
The way you're always there-when I don't know what to do
The way you stand by side and tell me you love me when you know I love you too.
You make me wanna be a better person and that makes me hate you too
In my eyes you're perfect-not like me
You're proud that you are you
What about me, I'm not perfect, not even close
So why do you tell me what to do?
Why do you care-why do you worry if I don't want you to
I don't want you to be mad when I mess up
and you know what I do
I don't mean to-I wish I were perfect...JUST LIKE YOU.
I hate perfect people-they know everything-so why can't I be just like you?
You're perfect in so many ways and you may not think it's true
But DAD you're my hero-I hate you, yet I love you, I'm so proud of all you do.
