my friend today taught me a word
a word of which i had not heard
when my friend told me its worth
his words sang sweeter than a birds
my friend went on, but with a frown
he said this word has been worn down
now only traces can be found
no more glory; no throne, no crown

Some say a picture is worth 1000 words. I say those two verses are worth 1000 pictures. They contain so much depth and emotion. Really shed some light on things.
Thanks for the great read. |
