I remember that tattoo

Yeah, I see the way you stare,
You look pretty scared,
Is there anything I can do?

I’ve seen you somewhere before,
Have we met? I’m not sure…
But I remember that tattoo.

Were you the one, who so long ago,
Stole my heart? It was you! I know!
But back then, your face shone bright…

Now the glow is not there,
It’s stiff…and square…
And not so much of a pleasant sight.

Maybe your heart, too,
Was stolen from you,
Serves you right! Now you know how it feels.

Is there a big empty hole,
A big space in your sole?
Like someone stabbed you with their six-inch heels?

Congratulations, boy!
I hope you enjoy
One of your many heartbreaks,

Well, I guess I must go…
Good day, and good show!
(P.S, Feel better, I know how it aches.)
