War of the fallen

I watch in glee as the gates of hell open wide.
Bystanders run as warriors begin to take a side.
I fall to my knees to pray one last time before blood is shed.
The same old story of good versus evil nothing else needs to be said.
The time to fight for honor and justice is finally here.
Grab whatever weapon you have and please show no fear.
In unity we can when against an everlasting horde.
One last stand against the never dulling satans sword.
Peace is no more the heart is seen through let the battle begin .
The lines drawn eyes to eyes everywhere you see is sin.
The trumpets sound the armies merge together for one last stand.
Bodies on top of bodies death and decay all over this land.
One person left standing on top of a great hill.
Looking around in dismay no one left to kill.
The gates slowly begin to close nothing else left to say.
All of this just to know it will happen again another day.
