|
hello my dear
I see you there
your glow
a radiance
it’s never been so clear
this love that I feel
dancing circles around me
it’s bright and beautiful
such a sight is so gleaming
my eyes have these tears
the most intense illusion
but it’s not
it’s so real
and it’s your breath I can feel
like lilacs and lilies
your face on my pillow
it’s a dream
but I can sense it
it’s ever so clear
the words you speak
like conversations to masses
the sunshine, it leaks
and I’ve succumbed to believing
in this uniformed belief
it spins the earth on its axis
as we float through the fields
blades of grass seem inviting
this little world beyond the surface
it’s there
and I know it
and it’s oh so exciting
