You hate it

You hate the way I look at you,
You hate the way I dress.
You hate the way I’m a complete
And utter mess.
You hate it when I speak of you,
You hate it when I smile,
You hate it when I claim that life
Is no longer worth while.
You hate my favorite story-books,
You hate my porcelain doll,
You hate all my letters, all my notes,
And all my telephone calls.
I hate the way you look at me,
I hate the way you dress,
But, I love, oh I love, the way you’re a
Complete and utter mess.

I really like the rhyme in this, Millennium!
I think I know how this feels...
One just can't live up to everyone else's standards...
So I suppose we're allowed one naughty little indulgence, and that is to smile when you see the person that hates you struggle...
Keep up the good work! |
