Hatred is a mysterious thing
You say you hate so and so
Because of something stupid.
But true hatred
comes from anger
So hot and alive
Burning inside
Eating away at your soul.
You are jaded and hated,
And at the end of that
very last straw,
You see a blinding fire
It burns when you try to touch it
But once you get a hold of it,
A feel for it
You know there's no way your tormentor stands a chance.
So you use this fire to lash out
When you're backed into a corner.
Hatred is a blinding flame, that comes
with the destruction of a loving soul.
