Her face is pale,
Her head is raised,
Her hair lays gracefully,
Her eyes are dazed.
She looks so peaceful,
She looks so calm,
Everyone knows now,
She's away from harm.
In her mind
she's in a secret place,
She sits on a stone, waiting,
Gone without a trace.
Her favourite flowers were lilles
and tehre they lay,
Surrounding her casket,
On that cold winters day.

Very good job. Sad, but a good read reflecting the death of a child.

Very well written. A misspelled word, but none the less, beautifully written. Yanked my heart strings. Great write. |
