Dying is a great adventure -
To cliimb to the top of Mt. Everest.
But living is to top-toe up an active volcano.
To die would be to swim across the Pacific
In a raging ghastly storm.
But to live would be to dive into the ocean
And walk across the infested floor.
To die is to ride in the first car of a rollercoaster
Dropping at a spead faster than light.
But to live is to ride the rollercoaster
With the unfinished tracks.
To die is to have the leaking apartment
Next to the punk rock teens.
But to live is to have a soggy box
Behind the diner as your home.
To die is to find your partener unfaithful.
But to live is to find him in the act
With your best friend.
To die is to overdose on your meds.
But to live is to not take the pills
And feel the ture pain.
To die is to take the easy way out.
To live is the real challenge.
Let's see if you can handle it.

I like the comparisons made. Thought went into this piece; a fine thing, that. Well revealed.
