As I watch him take you in his arms again,
that is when my pain begins.
When I looked I saw you kiss,
then felt my heart sink into the abyss.
While I look into fire and watch the flames dance,
I know with you I will never have a chance.
You'll always be his and never mine,
but maybe I can show you how much I want you with time.
Then, as you begin to walk away and leave,
so does my dreams of being with you.

this is nicely written. i like your sense of rhyme. i havent seen your poems around, but i feel like i know you somehow (thru ur writing) welcome to ypcd.
