Sometimes

Sometimes I stand at the edge of feelings
A part of me lost to the moment
While the rest ring at reason, but I move all the same
Spiraling towards them, like a firefly to fire.
Destiny rooming in from time's attic, waiting to turn,
Curving towards calls from the cavern depths
That infinity patterns in light
Looking down at my vulnerability
A silent dancer, dancing away
Moving through opaque lifetimes
Bowing through various incarnations
Sitting wisdom on it's ancient seat
In it's single abode, my life, my soul
At it's heaving octave. . .. . ...
Sometimes this thirst slakes at clipped minds
Often a portrait I have to complete, my binding with Earth's bid.
Sometimes I stand alone, at a lonely distance
Living at their dimension to raise lost vibrations,
To pull back the veil, to move them to that light,
My sole contract smoked at infinity's hearth.
