I CLOSE MY EYES

I close my eyes breath life in, I let the pain lie within
I lay awake sleepless nights and watch the darkness
cover the light, countless hours I have tried to deny all
the pain that hides inside
I close my eyes and feel life pass me by
full of love, full of pain both in which are
one in the same I long to stay I long to
know oh how I wish they did not have to go
but it’s off to work rush rush rush
no time to even put up a fuss
I close my eyes take life in and watch
the pain die within I’ve come to far to
walk away even if my heart my heart
fears to stay the world around me
my life in my hands I am now the one who
is in demand
I close my eyes and breath life in
even though it’s full of sins it’s full
of hurt it’s full of pain all in which
maybe one in the same I fly away to
a peaceful place
I open my eyes I see this place it’s full
of love and full of grace I sit and watch
the love and the pain, the smiles and in
the rain I watch anything that may
entertain
The world is busy, people flying by not aware
of all the pain that hides aside no one cares
or do they even know? They have places to go
people to see their not aware of anything. All
the hurt all the pain ***** all they know is
Joy and fame no misery no pain
We all should just close are eyes and take life in
Let’s feel the pain of all our sins. There is no reason to
Hide we all feel pain and love in different ways.
For this we can not be ashamed!!
