Poor Little Rich Girl

Contributed by lillyjane on Saturday, 6th May 2006 @ 07:32:44 AM in AEST
Topic: StoryPoetry

Poor little rich girl, everything she needs so why is it her heart still aches bleeds,,
beauty, jewels, fortune fame,so for taking drugs whos to blame,
surrounded by people, but so alone, no one to hug her when she gets home,
she never knows, who are her true friends, is it the money that makes them pretend,

She looks so frail, her body stick thin, marks in her arms where needles go in,
her face still beautiful, but it will soon fade, inevitable with the life she has made,
money means nothing, when you miss, someone to hold you someone to kiss,
next day shes out waves to her fans, pretending her future is full of plans,
so when your finances arnt doing well, remember the sad, poor little rich girl.

I love it lillyjane! This poem reminded me of quite a few celebrities that have been in the head lines lately, needles etc. Love is the most important possession in life and it's a shame the poor little rich girl hasn't got any. Don't you dare stop writing, A++++++++
