I gaped over the appearance that you’ve given off
Your brown hair blowing side to side in the wind
Your saint like eyes gazed into mine
Your breathtaking smile across your face
The flowers blow against your feet
As your feet took a seat
In this grassy field of ours
The sun shone down on your bronze skin
As the sunshine shone in a pattern
While the white, fluffed clouds slowly passed
You seem to cast
A slight spell over me
As if we we’re meant to be
You stole the opportunity to take my hands
And lock them with yours
A moment too memorable to ruin
To forget or erase from mind
It would just be too hard to find
Another moment such as this

I have a belief about poetry: if it don't rhyme in what folks hear, better rhyme in what folks see. You have excellently done both in this captivating poem. The rhyme seems to emphasize, your syntax seems to mesmerize. (I'm a poet too)
At least it did me. Great job!
