Reverie's Reflection

Beneath a broken sky of lost glory
A moment stolen from time’s fixation
This sensation trapped in all eternity
Standing among a world once forgotten
Waiting for suspicion of illusion
Reality set to defeat this bliss
Given such an unfortunate notion
Limitation beneath a new remiss
Once blinded by seas of oblivion
Your eyes gave way to all unseen
A desperate reach for the unspoken
Digging for a hint to these subtleties
Count nocturnal hours of disposition
A vivified escape sheltered by day
This mastery of your supposition
Withholds the illusion of true dismay

If this is without much effort, I can't imagine what it would be like if you gave it your all.
I think the words work really well together. The whole thing makes me think a lot, and I try to understand the poem while reading it.
The style is good, and I especially like the first stanza.
Good write,
