Politicians lying,
Homeless people crying,
Soldiers elsewhere dying,
This world is going downhill.
Expressing all our hate,
Must we, our anger sate?
For some it is too late,
This world is going downhill.
Suffering and sorrow,
Will still be here tomorrow,
No peace for to borrow,
This world is going downhill.
Quickly, we are losing,
Falsely think we’re choosing,
Our lives we’re abusing,
This world is going downhill.
Can we this earth repair,
From its state of despair?
Do we appear to care,
That this world has gone downhill?

There are no treasures on earth like in heaven. Here on earth we face death daily, hour by hour... trust in God, He said if you follow Him you have life... yes, for some its nothing but a great big party... and parties do come to an end... so pray for people, even when all these events take place... and pray that for when we die here on earth, we are lifted up to Him in heaven where we shall have eternal life... yes, and it has been said that even computers will take us down faster... with technology we can self destruct faster... yes it is very scary, our door is left wide open for the thieves to come on in and take what they want... so pray with me... I thank you for this poem.. and you shared many concerns .... this is a masterpiece poem...
