Fantasy, Desire, Gives way to Death

Contributed by bobotheclown on Wednesday, 5th February 2003 @ 01:20:00 AM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

I have only two choices
To smile, shed a lonely tear for the lost saints
Or I can sigh and carve my name in my skin
Either way I don't win

I find it hard to lock this pain inside
Sometimes it surfaces to for all to see (cut, scar, or teer)
But you tend to not notice
You just fix your hair and drive away in your Lotus

I'm fasting on happiness
Been at the waters of misery for to long
I gaze out of angry blue-gray eyes
I swear at the world, don't give a ***** whatever my demise

I look down a cliff, into the black abyss
See the churning waters, eating up my tears
My desire to jump impale myself upon the rocks
It grows, but instead I find myself with two Glocks
Blazin away at cops they'll never put me in locks

Still I stare downward the wind rufflin my hair
Drying my skin, my eyes. Destroying my fantasies
Death calls my name with a razor I draw cuts
I may look normal, but inwardly I'm going nuts

I don't want to talk
Then I will have to open my abused heart
I'd much rather be found broken and bloodied
My fantasy gives way to reality I raise my head intent and muddied

I watch, as my hands start to shake
My head starts to rock back and forth
To the ground I plummet and fall
I will hit the rocks, like an abused doll

My body is wrapped in bloodied rags
Throw my body in a pit
I don't deserve the luxury of a coffin
