She Was a strong woman 94 years old she was a smoker I didn't know her well but I wish I did I remember going to her house and swimming in the pond getting stuck on the island 50 ft from shore cause we were scared of the Snapping Turtles That pond is the same pond where I got so good at tubing I'm happy she's gone just because if she stayed longer it would be torture Rest In Peace

ah, very lovely nostalgic poem, you are so sweet to write this in a wonderful and caring way. Thank you for sharing a piece of your life when you visited your beautiful grandmother. I am sure she is resting very much in peace, and your poem gave me peace to read it. Grandmothers give those gifts of special memories while they are alive and after they enter into Rest In Peace. |

Yes,death can be a blessing and we must let go.The memories that she gave you will never let go,you'll have them forever.I understand the sadness of wishing you had known her better.A nice tribute to your great- grandma,Mr P,
