If by some step, we are misplaced
The heirs of thrones not yet erased
Time to skin, the hairline back
One’s absent foot lies on the track
For in that echo, there was only one
A time to reflect on that stepping stone
A pretentious waste of an unexplained sonnet
Take the words until you’ve got it
I can’t explain the trail of The Lost
The trail of the dead, of the death of Faust
But Deals were dealt, and there was nothing more
Than a line of debris to cover one sore
Tracking the end to desecrate the light
In hopes for a sign, The Sign of Sight
Torn from the Ideal, walk ahead
Protect us from comfort; safety is dead
A dream so close, what a cruel game
Don’t loose your head, only your name
