Come out of the bitter darkness

There is a wicked world to see

Watch it as it alters to nothing

Feel the love of the naïve

Feel the hate of the cynic

Come into the radiant light

Feel the careless heat of the sun

Feel it burn your eyes to empty

Watch it as it singes you to black

Watch yourself as you wither away.

I have to admit, I had to read this a couple'la times to get to grips with it.
From what I was able to make out, this poem is about seeing the world for what it is, and dismissing all the suger- coating that going on. I appretiate this message alot cuz that state of mind is very similar to mine.
I do feel that the title could have been a bit more imaginative, but its not bad.
