ANGER, It’s just what I do
When things do not go my way
I display ANGER!
It’s my POWER; it’s just what I do.
I can gain control, Anger is my control!!!
I can make myself feel good. Damn you.
I can ignore all of my short-comings; anger makes me think I’m, the bomb
I can feel good about myself!!
If I get mad enough you will not see how insecure I really am
You will not see that I am hurting on the inside and I
Don’t know how to let someone know how I really feel.
So I take control the best way I know how.
ANGER!!!
I may belittle you and make you feel bad
About yourself, and question yourself
And make you feel like a chump,
Because those are really my feelings; I don’t want them, you to have them.
My anger brings you down,
But it lifts me up!!
Make me angry, its Power to me!!!
I will not accept what you are saying or thinking,
I know I cannot be wrong, it’s not my fault
So it must be YOU!
I only listen to what I want to
It’s just what I do
I know it all, you don’t know nothing!!!
I know what I know and whatever you are thinking, I know better
I know what you should know, and I know that it’s what I think you should know.
To avoid listening, I will be angry,
Anger is my mask. It hides the truth in me, from even me
If I get mad enough you will not even talk to me and then
I do not have to deal with myself or the world around me
I speak from anger I think it hides the feelings of my words.
ANGER, It’s just what I do

| Kind of reminds me of my roommate. He goes around punching holes in our walls for the smallest reasons. I hate that attitude in people, it's so forced. |

I am dealing with a friend who responds to everything that does not go her way with anger. It makes all who know her shy away when we all want to be her friend. |
