Beauty of the Night

The sparkling night light
Drifts off to the water, wanders aimlessly,
The water moves in a pattern so swiftly,
All the lights grow brighter
as the dark sky reflects grows deeper,darker
The night crisp air settles firmly in the atmosphere
the car lights twinkle in the dark night sky
two red lights shine in a distance
blue lights shine so beautiful
the gold lights are as gasping as all
as they catch your eye and twinkle with your heart,
civilization ahead as they move in slow motion,
at this moment the world freezes in time,
thats when i know the lord is here protecting me,
and the beautiful dark night sky
