Take away the pain by letting the blood drain.

Contributed by AmandaChartrand on Sunday, 30th April 2006 @ 11:45:40 AM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

For all thoose Bloody years,
Of fighting back the tears,
And holding in my fears,
From all my elders and peers.
thoughts have gotten to me to bleed ,
since i cannot succed,
I shall let myself bleed,
I donnot want to
but options are few,
This thought is not new,
To cut into the blue.
Vains blue vains,
watching blood rain,
the pain
driving me historicaly insaine.
this is the last frain,
I shall suffer no more pain.

I am always amazed at the vast volume of poems about cutting.

self harm is a way people are choosing to deal with emotional pain...especially anger and frustration...there are self help groups that are really good...one is run by CADS... the consequences are life long... in the form of the scars which can be really hard to explain to future children and loved ones...can put them under a lot of pressure... so do bet help... it can be really addictive too... and before you know where you are you are powerless over this... find other ways to express your anger.... from one who knows!
