When You Find Someone

Contributed by kaitee on Saturday, 29th April 2006 @ 01:54:48 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Young love is blind
When you think this age can find
The person you're gonna be with
For the rest of your life
Totally dependent on eachother's word
Thinking this way is totally absurd
Have a life while you're young
Be free, don't be strung
Having ties this early
You got no chance to live
Let loose, be wild, give all that you can give
BUT....if you find someone
Who's greater than the rest
Then it give a shot, baby, give it your best
Don't let them slip right through your fingers
You'll regret it, and man, that the worst of all stingers
If you're gonna go for it, do it with all you got
Don't be half in, or someone'll steal your spot
Always remember half and half don't make a whole
But it's 2 full people, 2 full souls
It's just the way it works
That's the way it's gotta be
So be sure when you jump in
That you are filled completely
