Your Love Draw

Contributed by keilantra on Thursday, 27th April 2006 @ 05:30:22 PM in AEST
Topic: abstract

Hearts bleed colors
That ink into words
The etch upon your skin
Amazing, how beautiful your love draws.

Sometimes it is violent red
Painfull at the deep,
It draws your anger
And your wrath.
And yet sometimes it is the sad, sad blues
The slow-breathing, just barely moving
Life-less hues
That stretch upon the canvas that is me.
Other days it is the the black and purples
That amplify your pain
They bruise my skin so softly
But they hurt so much more within.
Or it may be the yellows and greens
That keep me at peace
They dip onto me and find their way to my soul
'Breathe' they say
And with each breath escapes my tension
You exhale my imperfections.

Amazing, how beautiful your love draws.

The picture painter of your poem done painted with colors perfect for the pose.
It seems he might have painted with paint done run with tender tears.

"Amazing, how beautiful" you draw love.
