BLAM!!!
It's sound echoes thru a quiet room
smoke and gun powder fill the room.
Excruciating pain strikes my body
as I fall to the floor.
Blood flows like a waterfall,
spewing my life onto the floor
death is but a door away
and I can hear him call.
Life flashes before my eyes
the happy
the good
the bad
and the ugly
like it was yesterday.
I can't feel my chest
probably cause of the hole in it
my heart slows down it's beat
and suddenly stops . . . . . . ...........................
Life for me is done
all the pain is gone
all the sorrow disappears
but then ............... . . . . .
I'm Alive

| I am lucky, I have never been shot or stabbed though i have been robbed at gun point. This must have been a traumatic expirience for you. I am glad you lived through it. |
