Am I draeming
I know that I'm screaming
The choice is mine
needels, blades, or flames
tonight i chose two
needels & flames
fire in all it's splender
it almost seems to dance
as it burns
As for the needels I take two
One semi sharp
so that i can feel the metal rip my flesh
The other with surgical sharpness
I push it in deep
then bring it back up through unopened flesh
not to just pull the needel through the hole I've made
but to pull it upwards on both ends so that a line is ripped into my flesh
Do I do this just to be noticed no
I do this feel
To realize that I am awake
That this nightmare is real
That I've really done the things I have done
The next choice is what will be the final one
The final tool to make my blood cool
Then it will be done

carried away at one stage and lost your

Something many people can relate to. Some people need to understand that not everyone self-harms to kill emotions, that they can do it just as something to feel.
