always looking
in daylight and shadow
without scruples
without boundaries
sharp claws to capture
unwary travlers
passing my way
patient and cunning
biding my time in the warm afternoon
always looking for you

So disappointing that others are missing out on your oft times intricate and burnished poetry.
This one I found a bit unsettling, in a Black Widow kind of way. Still, always a treat to read a genuine poet.
