My soul is free
as light as a feather
unencumbered by the shell
that was my body
as it soars above
the exquisite waterfall
how blessed I am
to behold this wondrous sight
crystal droplets of water
flow into a river of life
bringing forth a promise
to my consciousness
I will live again
a blanket of lush green below
whispering the oneness
of perfect love and blissful peace
all souls are blended
my heart is bursting with joy
as I linger and hesitate to depart
this moment in time and space
but the choice is made
and the vision disappears
as I am miraculously reborn.

Bravo. My first read of yours! Ya hooked me. One thing 'bout "best effort" postin'; we now expect a string o' them.
This poem goes personal into your psyche and may lose an unplugged reader once in a while, but those tuned into an introduction of vision, awareness, enlightenment and that miracle o' reborn - they gonna like it!!!!! Great work. |
