The old,shaggy man
With folds of skin covering his face
Wakes up in the morning
With a ray of light
entering his cell
entering once again in his life
It's a bright new day
he thinks of his wife & children
he smiles thinking of them
And that someday he too would play
But! Alas these are just thoughts
He is bound by the thick dirty wall
he is a loner in his cell
and is nearing his death knell
being merry are things long forgotten
cause he committed a sin once
and he is here since then.....

truly tragic. everyone does wrong, everyone breaks the law. some people are caught at the wrong times, some people are made examples of. very sad, a harsh reality for many.
