A STROLL IN THE GARDEN

I walked proudly with thee, in the Garden of
Eden, no hunger or thirst, but joy at
every bend - beyond time and end,
cool was the breeze, carried fresh bouquet sent.
far beyond the fence I saw frustration
chaos, pain ‘nd panic, tousled with mortal end.
Waited passionately to devour me from soul
to snatch away from thee.

Heartfelt longing is obvious in this short poem. I'm not sure that this is a garden of love but sort of like Eden, where the end of the walk was disappointing.
Keep in touch and take care, friend.
