eyes bleed dry

Your eyes bleed dry
As the news come in
An unexpected loss
Spoken words are no comfort
Why did this happen
Things were so good
You did your best and yet
It was no help
It was no help to the person who left
Without a cause of death but his own

Your eyes bleed dry
Casting out the friends you have left
Because the feeling of being
Lost in the world has come again
Hurting
Thoughts of suicidal rage
Come out nowhere
Why did this have to happened
Things were so good

Your eyes bleed dry
However,
Now because of the loss in your system
Nothing changed from the past
The bad habit you had returned
The promises you had
Are disregarded
What happened?
You said this would never happen again
Lost in thoughts of the body
Lying in the middle of the floor
The self control that was disappears

Your eyes bleed dry
Along with the
Cuts in the wrist
Thinking of nothing but death
The blood drips…
