It feels like years have gone by without knowing,
The seasons have changed on the new mornings eye,
The birds they no longer sing,
No golden sunlight on the wind whispered rye,
Life has spiralled its way into manhood,
No more I run free, as my river once ran,
I sit in the wake of memories,
So vague in my mind,
Like the clocks turning hand,
I wave goodbye to the years that have gone,
To the child I once was in those eternal days,
Life has spiralled its way into manhood,
Sparse memories are all that remain.

You have spoken the truth. But friend this is what advancing technology does to our once so beautiful world. Our childhood life remain a vague far-off dream. And our children think it is only a myth.
