Back when your arms were gentle
I could find no peace
Days swept away by judgement
A quickly spreading disease
A monument of this greatness
Would have been so much more
Touch me, and vacantly taste this
You are the one I've grown to abhor
How little things become smaller
Darkness hollows into "light"?
I would retrace all that we've lost
If I could only uncover the fight
Recreant, sleeps medicated
And I lose your hand to a thread
Fallen into lies, so sedated
I have become what I dread
Empty

Hey, Saint Augustine did say: "Thou must be emptied of that wherewith thou art full, that thou mayest be filled with that whereof thou art empty." And yet, I can appreciation of such deep sorrow. Mother's may teach us many things but "lessons of Bloodsuckers" rarely crosses the mind.
This is my wish for you: Comfort on difficult days, smiles when sadness intrudes, rainbows to follow the clouds, laughter to kiss sorrows, sunsets to warm your heart, hugs when spirits sag, beauty for your eyes to see, friendships to brighten your being, faith so that you can believe, confidence for when you doubt, courage to know yourself, patience to accept the truth, Love to complete destiny.
Emotionally riveting!
