Long Lonely Night

You lay your head down on your pillow
you are ready for the end of a long lonely day.
But there are still a million things you wont show
these things just wont go away.
Thinking of her almost constantly
every other thought, you see her face.
Things right now arent how you want them to be
because noone or nothing can take her place.
You try to block her out of your head
because all you want is to feel her touch.
The whole time you are laying in your bed
you are thinking "i have never loved anything so much".
But you can never tell her how you feel
you can never let enyone else know.
Even though you know what you feel is real
you try your hardest not to let it show.
Your smiles are fake.
Your laugh is dry.
You are lying awake
and you know exactly why.
She wont look in your direction
when she is around the wind doesnt even blow your way.
All that you feel, the love and affection
you wont ever be able to say:
I want you, I need you, I love you.
So you just close your eyes really tight
you can feel the wet of your tears on the pillow
at the beginning of a long lonely night.

A sad and very heartfelt write. One can feel ur pain and sadness through ur words. I'm so sorry you are feeling like this, I have felt like this too. Time heals all wounds. May u find someone who shall be worthy of ur heart & love real soon. I wish u all the best and may ur lonely nights never be lonely again.
