Traversing negativity
Carrying golden hopes
On gossamer wings she flies
As the world she scopes
No more than mortal is she
But so much not of this world
That a breeze of wonder
Around her continues to swirl
A dreamer or idealist
The names put upon her being
But she knows there is more
Than ever the eyes have seen
Told her fate would be
Suicide or martyrdom
She still goes ahead full
At an impressive run
For life would not be worth
Living if she had to contain
To the reality of this world
For which she holds disdain
She knows the true gifts
Around is not money or fame
And she will ever hold dear
That which carries the Creators name
