When we see ourselves for whom we really are
We face the facts that life may take us far
Looking to God for hope from above
Trying to find the meaning of true love.
He may take his time to show us the way
Inside our hearts, we know He’ll be there someday
Giving us guidance to know the right thing to do
In time, it’s truly a dream come true.
Where are you true love?
Are you here with me or a dream from above?
Are you glad to be alive?
Or do you feel like a sharp thorn in the side?
We may suffer and swear and give up on love
But knowing He’s there gives a faithful shove
Having that faith is all it’s really about
We'll find true love, for sure, without a doubt.
