Have you ever seen the rain fall
And cheer?
Have you ever felt the sun on your skin?
Have you ever closed your eyes and taken in
The world around you?
The world we take for granted
Have you ever
Just stopped
And searched for the little things?
I feel like I am alone
When I don't curse
Or when I am not mean
Am I a sissy?
No.
I am not.
I know more than
You think I do
I am on the quest for the little things
Even if I am searching alone.
Have you ever?

This piece poses questions that many don't think about. Many people miss the little things in life in their search for what? I don't know. So much in this life goes unseen, and unappreciated. I know that must make the Lords heart sad. Very nice write. Keep up the good work, use the talent the Lord had given you. Gods Blessings. Mary |

Hey babe. Great poem. Presses a lot of questions on being an outcast whether it's for being truly bizzar or for not being like the "cool kids". Keep true to yourself and you'll find other like you.
Love Always,
Karlee |
