I miss how we were
How you loved this amazing girl
And I was her
You'd do anything to make me happy
Really believing you were the one for me
You told me not to waste time with the rest
Because we were meant for eachother
And together we were best
How do we get back what we once had
When nothing was wrong
And no one was sad
Believe what I say you must
You should if in me you ever did trust
Think not of what went wrong
And only of the love you had for so long
All I ask is one last time
To open my heart and make yours mine

Wow! This really made me sad. Not in a bad way, though. I feel quite similar sometimes, but sadly it's already over, and there's nothing I can do to get back what I had... good poem! Helmut :+>
