An Elegant View

Standing in a world of white
Knowing I’ve finally won the fight
Standing before my greatest light
Knowing everything is perfectly right

Lovely green eyes staring at me
Melting me in the cold snow
Asking myself how this could be
But it is all so real, and I know

A beautiful smile
On an angelic face
Praying this will last awhile
Letting me stay in serene grace

Brilliant hair begins to dance
As the snowy wind blows
Keeping me in a forever glance
Watching as all life grows

In this moment I could die
With a perfect image in my mind
This could be the day I kiss the sky
For I have a truly grand find

It is here I stand
Staring at an elegant view
There’s nothing more fair in any land
And of course, this elegant view is you
