A soothing sound, soft and sweet,
Enters the ear and fills the mind.
It grows and grows, a sudden heat,
Blushes the cheeks, red as wine.
It started with a grand design,
Ideas developed, then unfurled,
Delicately intertwined,
Created magic in the world.
They called them music, sounds that twirled,
Inside the soul and would not leave.
I was entranced at once when hurled,
Into the song that starry eve.
Oh, praise the song! For I believe,
That if I ever fell in love,
It happened on that starry eve,
With beats of wings and songs of doves.
Addiction now, I can’t let go,
I am in love with the musical show.
