Abba

Sweet dreams are all
I have left now
As this life starts to take
hold of me

Washing out of me
thick red life
pouring down your
gutter mouth

Please drink this
it's all of me
just one glass?
have another

I'll pour two
and we'll drink
me together
Like good friends

As i let my butterfingers
let go of conciusness
Ill slip into your
dreams and see

whatever it is you
want me to
I see a mount
I see a cross

This is your saviour
This pathetic beaten
blood soaked insulted
wretch

Nailed up for all to
see and hate
If he's god then
why did he let this happen

You think this is a gift
if he's just going to come back
to life
anyway

Your stupider than
I thought
But yet
I do see

a love in his eyes
he knows this will
save you
and me

Maybe Iv been
too hasty with you
Take another drink
I need to stay

in this dream with him
Ill give him whatever
if he'll let me in
on this sweet deal

you got going on.
I leave it all behind
life
loves

for this
a somnium
of sacrifice
in cruci figo

Abba

This is a very interesting piece.

to be honest when I saw the title I thought omg not a swedish pop group tribute!

I like the idea of somebody "drinking me in" am I right to assume there is bitterness in these words towards a loved or an ex loved one?
