ghosts of the past hissing your name,
step up and away,
dont let it drag you into oblivion,
Restless
eyes like the ocean green and blue so confused, glazed...
your arms wide open
like a child looking for its mothers love
lost.
devils over your left shoulder
another line..
white powder white drawn face,
another line..
"with or without you" on repeat on your stereo,
another line..,
talking stuck in fast forward
another line...
you make me want to scream ,
you make me cry ,
you make me want to wrap you up and cradle you forever,
lies,
manipulation,
paranoia
FEAR
where have you gone?
That beautiful man with the angelic smile and heart of gold?
With ambition, drive and dreams of an empire?
chemical missiles killing your soul, your essence..
False confidence,
Sniff
Brittle laughter
Sniff
twitching limbs
Sniff
God How I crave that those beautiful ocean eyes will see again
