SLEEP WILL NOT COME.

Contributed by dougnut on Wednesday, 29th March 2006 @ 04:05:07 PM in AEST
Topic: insomniac

Sleep will not come .
It happens some time.
Will morning bring sun ?
To melt the snow and ice
That would be extra nice.
I rest my head on my pillow
Will I fall into deep deep asleep ?
Or be haunted by the.. Nightmare
Bow my head like a weeping willow
before praying " lord my soul to keep"
five hours will be all i need for this day.
................Just concentrating, now tired ,

Time to PRAY.

To this day, I can not sleep when the moon is full or a new moon lol. And I don't even check the times it will happen. Maybe I am a wolf woman who knows lol. Now when I can't sleep, I write poetry in my mind. I don't have nightmares anymore because I always read scriptures before sleeping. So what happens is, I write with the Lord beautiful poetry all night long. When I wake up, I can't always recall how to write what He and I shared, so I have to pray about it, and presto, I get my poem. Very nice poem you wrote here, I enjoy all your poems. RaquelLeah

Beautiful job my friend.
I am lucky to make it for a few words. (My computer is expiring. After 3 boot-ups I finally managed to bring life into it. Next week hope to get a new one.

As to your predicament, there are some very effective ejacultaory prayers, like the Rosary to Divine Mercy. Puts you fast to sleep. To the greater Glory of God.
Peace and blessings
Elizabeth
